[020318T01] The iPAQ's virtual
keyboard or letter recognizer may cover up buttons
or important pieces of information on a SysMan window.
Click on the icon in the lower right corner of the
iPAQ to make the keyboard or recognizer go away when
not actually entering information.
[020318B01] Somtimes
a message window will be too wide for the iPAQ screen.
Tap and hold the stylus down on the window's title
bar as you drag to the left in order to read the whole
message and find the OK button.
[020318T02] If you
have trouble accessing on-line help, make sure that
you have Internet Explorer's proxies set correctly
for your environment.
[020318T03] Be patient. Sometimes
it takes a few moments to get connected. The speed
is affected by many factors including LAN and NIC speed,
and system load.
[020318B02] A user has reported
trouble using the SysMan client for the iPAQ on a system
that uses Single Sign-On (SSO). We have not yet verified
whether this is a problem with our client or the user's
environment. We will update this page with more details
when we have them.
[020318B03] Sometimes you
get a cryptic error stating that you were unable to "become
user" when trying to start the SysMan client.
If this happens, simply close the window and try again.
We are working on fixing this bug for a future release.
[020318B04] The close button
in the upper-right corner of the Find window does not
work. Use the Cancel button at the bottom of the window.
